It connects your computer(s) directly to a network of suitable note and coin counters (workstations).
|All cash, cheques, credit card dockets etc... can be counted on the Tellermate. A workstation keyboard gives staff flexibility in processing transactions by offering a range of options relating to individual account numbers and the types of transactions that can occur - Pay-In, Pay-Out, Inter-Teller Transfers etc. A printer at the workstation can provide each operator with full details or of every transaction processed.|
Each Tellermate sends information directly to your PC via a communication line. The PC is always on-line which means that transactions are logged to accounts as they are processed. A full Cash Room Statement and Audit Trail can be produced at any time.
The system's on-screen menu system has many features for the processing and administration of cash room funds. It allows the cash room manager to execute transactions as well as monitor the current cash status of the floor.
An additional module is available for retailers which will allow the cash room manager to set up Cost Centres or Departments to provide greater cash flow definition. This can be important for promotions, marketing and general store management. A full range of report options allows you to print statements of accounts and comprehensive audit trails. These reports give maximum, hard copy details of daily tracking figures.
In essence, Cashmanę does all of the work you may be still doing by hand. It automatically calculates your daily trading figures giving you the information you need to run your business better.
