1. What do you do?

We provide cash handling equipment, solutions and services for a wide range of businesses and organisations across multiple sectors. 

We offer expert consultancy and advice coupled with quality equipment and solutions. Our solutions are backed up by professional project management and ongoing support and maintenance. 

Our specialist areas are:
  • Cash Handling Machines - We are the largest supplier of cash management equipment in Ireland. We have over 3,500 users across Ireland and the UK and we supply all the major banks and retailers with a range of products.
  • Cash Management Software - We have developed our own software, Cashman™, which integrates into any brand of cash handling machine. Our software is in use in all Bank Cash Centres in the Republic of Ireland and many major retailers.
  • Consultancy - We have undertaken many different consulting projects for our clients including site audits, operations reviews, systems analysis & advisory work.

We serve many industry sectors including Financial Institutions, Grocery Retail, General Retail, Food & Hospitality, Leisure, Public Sector, Community Organisations, Transport Facilities and more.

All training and equipment installations are carried out by our own staff, on the customer's premises, as is our maintenance and after sales support. 

2. Who do you supply to?

We supply to over 3,500 customers across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

We have experience dealing with Financial Institutions, Grocery Retailers, General Retailers, Food and Hospitality, Leisure, Transport and the Public Sector.

3. What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are 9am to 5:30pm GMT.

4. Where are you and can we call to collect?

Our full address is Money Point Ltd., Unit 19, Turvey Business Centre, Turvey, Co. Dublin K36 YP04, Ireland. You are more than welcome to call by our premises between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, to collect your order. Please contact us prior to calling to ensure that we have your order ready for collection.

 

5. What are your payment options?

We accept cash, cheques, credit and debit cards and electronic funds transfers.

For online purchases, we use Stripe, which is the fastest and most secure way to make payments online. Stripe secures your card information using sophisticated encryption to process every transaction. For more information on how Stripe secures your data visit; https://stripe.com/ie/privacy 

We can also process card payments by telephone. In either of these cases your credit card information is not recorded, retained or stored by Money Point Ltd.

6. How long will delivery take and do you ship overseas?

For online orders;

On receipt of your payment, your order will be processed, dispatched and delivered within three business days. Orders placed on weekends and on (Irish) public holidays will be processed the next business day. Products available in our online store are currently only available for delivery within Ireland (32 counties). 

For offline orders;

Deliveries within Ireland generally take 2-5 working days. We do ship overseas but this may take longer. We advise our overseas customers to allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If you are resident outside of Ireland or you wish to place an order for a product not currently available in our online store, please contact us at info@moneypoint.ie or on 00353 1 8900466.

7. I want to return a product, what do I do?

For our returns policy and detailed instructions on how to return a product purchased online please see our Terms & Conditions.

For all other orders, you can submit a ticket request via the Support page of our website. You will need to provide details of the product you want to return and the reason. Alternatively you can call our Support Team on +353 (0)1 890 0466 to arrange.

8. Can you call me back?

Yes, of course. Use the Request a Callback button at the top right of this page and we will contact you within 1 working day.

9. Do you offer Live Chat support?

We don't currently offer Live Chat Support. All of the options for contacting us can be found by visiting the Contact section of this website. Quotes for individual products can be requested using the 'Request a Quote' button on our individual product pages.

10. What do I do if I need my equipment serviced?

As a current customer, you can submit a ticket request via the Support page of our website or you can call +353 (0)1 890 0466.

Depending on the type of machine that needs servicing, we will either arrange for the machine to be returned to us, or have one of our engineers pay you a visit.

11. What is your standard warranty?

All products come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated, with the option to take out a maintenance plan.

12. How do I know which machine is right for me?

Choosing the right product for your business can be daunting. We have created a Product Wizard tool which will help you to filter our products by the cash handling features that you need.

13. Do you offer maintenance plans?

We offer maintenance plans on all of our machines. Give us a call on 01 8900466 and a member of our team can advise you on the best plan for your particular equipment. 

14. Do you have a product catalogue?

Our products and services are updated and added to regularly so we don't produce catalogues. However, you can download individual product brochures by clicking on any item within the Products section of this website.

15. How can I stay up to date with industry news?

We regularly share updates about counterfeit note reports, cash handling case studies, new products and the release of new banknotes from the ECB.

16. What are cookies and what happens when I accept them?

Cookies are small pieces of text data that provide downloadable information to your computer when you visit a website. These cookies remind your computer of the last time it has visited our website. Once enabled, our website can provide information relevant to your previous visit.

17. Do you take back and recycle old equipment?

We will take back Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) when it reaches end of life. Please contact us for details.
