1. What do you do?

We are the largest supplier of cash handling hardware products in Ireland. We have over 3,500 users across Ireland, the UK and the Middle East. We supply all the major banks and retailers with a range of products. 

We have two main software products that are used by all the Bank Cash Centres in the Republic of Ireland and many of the major retailers.

We have also undertaken many different consulting projects for our clients operating in the cash management arena.

2. Who do you supply to?

We supply to over 3,500 customers across Ireland, the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

We have experience dealing with Financial Institutions, Grocery Retailers, General Retailers, Food and Hospitality, Leisure, Transport and the Public Sector.

3. What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are 9am to 5:30pm GMT.

If you would like us to contact you outside of these hours, then please complete our Request a Callback form. We will contact you within 1 working day.

4. Where exactly are you and can we call by to collect?

You are more than welcome to call by our premises between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, to collect your product.

5. What are the payment options?

We accept payments in the form of Cash, Cheque, Card and Online Banking.

6. How long will delivery take? Do you ship overseas?

Deliveries within Ireland take 2-5 working days.

We also ship overseas but this may take longer. We advise our overseas customers to allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

7. I want to return a product, what do I do?

To return a product you can submit a ticket request via the Support page of our website. You will need to provide details of the product you want to return and the reason. Alternatively you can call our Support Team on +353 (0)1 890 0466 to arrange.

8. Can you call me back?

Yes, of course. Simply click the Request a Callback link at the top right of this page. We will contact you within 1 working day.

9. Do you offer Live Chat support?

We don't currently offer Live Chat Support. All of the options for contacting us can be found by visiting the Contact section of this website.

10. What do I do if I need service on a machine?

As a current customer, you can submit a ticket request via the Support page of our website or you can call +353 (0)1 890 0466.

Depending on the type of machine that needs servicing, we will either arrange for the machine to be returned to us, or have one of our engineers pay you a visit.

11. What is your warranty?

All products come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty, with the option to take out a maintenance plan.

12. How do I know which machine is right for me?

Choosing the right product for your business can be daunting. We have created a Product Wizard tool which will help you to filter our products by the cash handling features that you need.

13. What is your warranty and do you offer a maintenance plan?

All of our products come with a 12 months manufacturers warranty.

We also offer a maintenance plan on all of our machines. A member of our team can advise you on the best plan for your order.

14. Do you have a catalogue?

Our products and services are updated and added to regularly so we don't produce catalogues. However, you have the option to download indiviudal product brochures by clicking on any item within the Products section of this website.

15. How can I keep up to date with new cash handling products and procedures?

We provide special offers, insider’s advice and topical updates from the learned members of the Money Point executive team.
